Tai Chi
Tai Chi is often referred to as "Meditation in motion" or a flowing meditation.Tai Chi is a martial art that began many years ago in China. Tai Chi is practiced for its powerful health benefits. It covers alignment, breathing techniques, posture, relaxation, and guided visualisation. Doing smooth, continuous movements which uses natural healing energies that flow around the body practices it. It focuses on postures that energise and rejuvenate the body’s organs and cells. It promotes a calm and relaxing feeling. Tai Chi focuses on the unity of opposites, and is described as exciting and mentally stimulating.
